HISTORY REPEATS ITS SELF, WHY SHOULD YOU STUCK?

It is the absolute truth about the fact concerning the different worldwide view of the events that occur to the civilization on earth. The champions like us always have a different perspective from the also runners in making decisions and managing major calamities that occur and have major impacts on civilization culture due to production and distribution activities for social, economic, and political perspectives.

In 2019, the global faced an unknown and unanticipated emergency of virus called COVID 19 that rapidly spread throughout the continents direct from Wuhan China and resulted to a pandemic with major blows in most economic sectors of the nations around the world. The precations, preventive, and treatment of Corona disease had major negative impacts on the corporate world, whereas the lockdown measures seized down mainly economic activities of the globe leading to massive Loss of Jobs, Fluctuations on prices, Decline on production and social/political instabilities. Its truth man can not predict the future, and if he could we might have seen developed nations such as the USA and UK not suffering millions of death from the Corona pandemic.

The African countries like Tanzania also faced economic downfall due to the Corona pandemic as most of the companies and production units closed or reduced their distribution capacity from the previous levels. It is a moment of the uprising as lockdown measures have been smoothened at the moment and some major economic activities are proceeding as usual in Tanzania grounds. Despite the loss of jobs especially in the Tourism and hospitality sector, transportation and logistics situations are starting to return slowly.

As usual, champions take responsibility to benefit from the pandemic not like the also runs. This is because History repeats its self, let me remind you about something worthful. Around 9000 BC human civilization began living in a complex lifestyle from hunter-gather civilization whereby man started living with cattle and plantations. Due to proximity between animals and plants epidemic occurred and later pandemic to various parts of the continents as effects of the formation of trade routes. Therefore 9000 BC, here is where the first pandemic occurred and it did not let humankind stuck. Later in 430BC occurred another pandemic was known as the plague of Athens and after all, it ended. In 165 AC it appeared another pandemic that killed almost 5 million people across Europe and the Asian continent and was called Antonine plague/smallpox. It led to the deterioration of the Roman empire at the time.

The pandemic issues did not end there until 541AC Bubonic plague occurred on the earth surface, it did not stop mankind to move forward and it actually ended after some period of time. This was the time where Mansa Mussa was known as the richest man in the world, it clearly shows activities were proceeding. In 750AC Leprosy pandemic also shocked the world and killed millions of people across the continents, though it did not make mankind stuck in terms of development. Later 1334AC another pandemic known as the black death emerged, here most faith believers thought it could mark the end of the world. It killed around 200 million people on earth. This led to the implication of quarantine preventive methods whereby trading vessels were requested to remain at the ports for self-isolation for 40 days.

The world was never stuck due to pandemic diseases, since then on 15 century whereby advanced vessel ships were built and explorers like Christopher Columbus finding a route to reach the American continent and Vasco Da Gama finding a route across African coasts to reach India, occurred numerous pandemics due to rapid interruptions such as Malaria, Cholera plague, etc, but the game-changer kept moving on to bring further changes in the world. Also in 1817 Cholera plague occurred to be a major pandemic of the world, due to the development of medical innovations from various scientists of the world, medicine was developed also preventive measures to assure it can not appear in the future were kept in place. If you are good at history you may be able to remind yourself on the worst pandemic that killed nearly 50 million people in the world was known as Influenza. It was during WW I and it eventually ended just after the war was over in the 1920s.

Before Covid, there was also another pandemic which was recognized as it is in 2005. The HIV pandemic started around 1958 in central Africa then transmitted due to sexual intercourse it spread in the USA and later in 1980 to 1990s killed millions of people throughout the continents. During the period mankind was never stuck, first man launched the moon, In Africa, most of the nations gained independence, etc. Right now it's estimated that about 40 million people live with AIDs and major advancements have been made on preventives and immunization programs. Therefore COVID 19 pandemic caused by Corona won't be the last one to end or stuck mankind activities since it may Passover just like other partners.

For the Corporates firms around the world especially in Africa, I would recommend them to act just like world champions football clubs, despite the economic fall, Barcelona could not be able to lose the player of his key talent like Messi, Liverpool just holds Salah and Mane, Juventus Fc could not lose Christian Ronaldo, Manchester united could afford sign in Cavanni while Bayern Munich could not be able losing Lewandowski despite huge offers. This is the most important period for the Champions Corporate to sign in key professional talents that would be readily available after the also runs find it difficult to maintain them due to scarcity reasons.

This is the right time for the key professional talents to act wisely and become the productivity force of the future prosperity period.
